New Year’s Resolution Workshop: A Skillful Start to the Year
Launch 2026 with clarity, actionable goals and confidence. This workshop blends DBT skills, visioning exercises, and guided reflection to help you set goals that feel meaningful—and doable.
We’ll explore:
Identity-based resolutions rooted in your values
Bit sized goals to realize your vision for your life
Tools and strategies for great habits
The best part: This workshop is the pre-requisite for our 3-month Q1 Resolution Support Group. We will meet weekly in January and February, then twice in March to provide accountability and support for living your resolutions. (Participation in the support group is optional.)
This LIVE workshop is appropriate for anyone who is interested in DBT, clients, family members of people already in DBT, mental health professionals and the general public. There is no pre-requisite. The 2 hour workshop is conducted online using Zoom.
