What is DBT Group Like?
DBT Skills Class begins with a brief guided meditation. Often members have an opportunity to share stories of their skills use and review homework. Then we transition to introducing new skills. The focus of group is learning and effectively using the full array of DBT skills through engaging lectures, lively group discussion, occasional brief videos and reading assignments.
Diana teaches using two books: DBT for Life: Skills to transform the way you live by Diana Partington and DBT Skills Training Handouts and Worksheet, Revised Edition by Dr. Marsha Linehan. You will need to purchase DBT for Life for the course.
As a member of Diana’s exclusive DBT groups, you will have access to all of the Benefits of the Wise Mind Circle in the DBT for Life Community.
Are you ready for a journey that will truly transform you life?
This DBT program is like no other. Let’s talk about your needs. And I’ll show you all the ways we can help.
